Copaco Connector
The Copaco connector is designed to retrieve billing information from the Copaco Billing API. The connector reads both incoming (Copaco to Reseller) and outgoing (Reseller to Customer) invoices through the API, and joins them together to produce purchases per invoice line item with cost and selling price.
The connector searches for invoice sources dated within the last 31 days. An invoice becomes available only after Copaco has billed their Partner.
Product and Pricing maintenance is handled by CloudBilling consultants with existing API automations.
To get started with the Copaco connector, a request can be sent through our customer portal or an email. Below are the instructions to retrieve your API token and share it in a safe manner with us.
How to get the Copaco API Credential
CloudBilling needs Copaco partner privileges to call Copaco’s APIs. To ensure that CloudBilling will have correct access, an API key needs to be generated for data retrieval.
We strongly recommend creating a dedicated “Service Account” user in Copaco to provide consent to CloudBilling. This approach helps avoid any disruption to billing data flow through the connector if a user is disabled or leaves the organization in the future.
