How do I contact CloudBilling Support?
You can contact CloudBilling Support in several ways. When logged into the CloudBilling environment, the support portal can be accessed by hovering over your username in the right top of the screen. This allows you to submit a support ticket directly to our consultants. Additionally, you can reach us via email at support@cloudbilling.nl or call us at +31 (0)35 524 8909. A [Contact Support] button will also be available when an error occurs in the system.
Do I have my own support portal?
Yes, your support portal can be accessed by visiting support.cloudbilling.nl. The support portal contains handy information on the announcements and where to find additional information, like the documentation.
When logged in, you will have access to your own support tickets. You will also be able to view older tickets, even if these are already Resolved or Closed.
Does CloudBilling have documentation?
